Our Menu

Our menu specializes in rustic, country-style cooking, using whole carcasses of rare and native breeds and butchering our meat on site. We work closely with the best farms in the UK to source our ingredients.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help us take our service to the next level. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our menu is executed to perfection
  • Manage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver our service
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve our service and menu
