About the Role

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Dumper Driver to join their team in Quedgeley. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate allocated plant to remove and transport materials around site and in accordance with project aims
  • Work to drawings and method statements, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Regularly check and inspect allocated vehicle or plant to ensure reliability and good appearance
  • Co-operate with Groundworkers and banks men as required
  • Maintain professional competences, including CPCS certification
  • Count, store, and transport tools and equipment as necessary
  • Perform general Groundworking duties when not operating the machine
Requirements
  • A valid CPCS card is essential
  • Two commercial relevant references are required
  • A strong work ethic and can-do attitude are necessary
