Job Title: Apprentice Multi Skilled Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Multi Skilled Operative to join our team at Wates Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking repair and renewal works across various trades, identifying the need for other trades to undertake the repair or renewal, and advising supervisors in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake repair and renewal works across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Identify the need for other trades to undertake the repair or renewal and advise supervisors accordingly.
  • Work in partnership with other operatives to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client representatives, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.
  • Work in a timely and productive manner to complete projects, adhering to Wates Health and Safety Professional Standards.
