We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service in a luxurious setting.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen brigade and ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

You will work closely with our hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of new menus and culinary concepts. Your expertise and creativity will help us maintain our reputation as one of the top country house spa hotels in Kent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best
  • Knowledge of food trends and menu development
  • Finger on the pulse of the latest culinary innovations
