As a leader in sourcing, investing in, and managing utility-scale renewable energy assets, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with some years of experience in a financial services setting, preferably within compliance or risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regulatory reporting requirements, third-party screening, and monitoring and testing of risk controls. This role is crucial in ensuring our compliance with financial regulations and supporting our commitment to best practices in risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of MiFIR, EMIR, and REMIT regulatory reports.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and verify data for reporting purposes.
  • Conduct due diligence and screening of third-party relationships.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of third-party risk assessments.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks associated with third-party relationships.
Requirements:
  • Some years of experience in a financial services setting, preferably within compliance or risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power App, Power BI, and Advanced Excel is essential.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
