We're seeking a Business Development Liaison to join our dynamic team. Our company prides itself on a great, diverse culture, offering a fun and rewarding workplace.
As a Business Development Liaison, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients who are looking to sell. These businesses could be located anywhere in the UK, across every business sector. You will also be responsible for qualifying and making sure our outbound sales teams' appointments are strong enough for the diary and will convert into a positive agreement.
The environment here is hard working and fast paced, whilst also being welcoming, supportive and fun.
Benefits:
We will reward you with a fantastic basic salary, and uncapped commission structure. Basic salary is determined by your level of experience but ranges from £25,000 to £27,000. On target earnings, including bonus, is £40,000, however our commission structure is uncapped.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional services to clients
- Working closely with our internal outbound sales teams
- Managing diaries and minimising cancellations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing diaries and appointment settings
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 basic salary, with uncapped commission structure.
