We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Room Leader. If you have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a proven track record of leadership, we want to hear from you.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our children
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our educators to support their professional development

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
  • Leadership experience desirable
