Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our team at Anchor, England's largest not-for-profit provider of care and housing for older people. As a key member of our Housing Service division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the RoleThe estimated salary for this role is £26,707 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including pension plan, flexible working options, and ongoing personal and professional development programme.
You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our external partners to ensure that every individual receives tailored support and care.
