About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Process Manager to join our team at i2i Recruitment Consultancy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our quality procedures and systems, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Procedure Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with department managers and certification evaluators to ensure that quality systems are upheld and that certification requirements are met.
  • Document Control: Develop and maintain effective document control systems to ensure that all relevant documents are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Reporting and Review: Create management review reports and follow up on actions to ensure that quality systems are continuously improving.
