Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Service security devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and loss of materials.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly and completing engineer work reports, handover certificates, and BSIA certificates as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of security systems and protocols.
  • Valid driving license and ability to lift and climb ladders.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current relevant qualifications, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC.
