We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team as a Talent Management Coordinator.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, probation, and annual review processes.
• Track and report HR metrics, including absenteeism, probations, performance, and employee data.
• Maintain and update HR systems to support business planning and decision-making.
• Handle HR administration, grievance investigations, and disciplinary actions as required.

• Two years' experience working in HR.
• CIPD qualification (level 3 or above).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems, spreadsheets, and Word documents.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
