Advanced Vehicle Repair Expert

As an Advanced Body Technician, you will join our Engineering team in Wolverhampton and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing allocated work within shift, using body diagnostic equipment, removing and fitting wheels to Company standards, providing technical expertise to colleagues and stakeholders, and working within Company procedures to identify, order and return parts. Additionally, they will need to participate in training courses and deliver coaching and training to team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Body Repair or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in vehicle maintenance. They should also demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement and personal development.
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a Company pension, 21 days annual leave and Bank holidays, free bus and coach travel, and more. Employees also enjoy opportunities to progress and undertake further qualifications and training.
Educational Requirements:
A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Body Repair or equivalent is mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience in vehicle maintenance and a passion for continuous improvement and personal development will be highly regarded.
