We are seeking a qualified Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Barnes Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in play and activities that promote their development and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children.
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery culture.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the nursery.
