About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As a Private Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the restaurant, providing a highly efficient and effective service, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the Private Dining Room
  • Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are anticipated and met
  • Work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Train and develop the skills of the restaurant team to ensure that they are able to provide excellent service
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and provide feedback on the performance of the team
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop the skills of others
