Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Rikama Education. The successful candidate will provide support and intervention for struggling learners, act as a point of contact with parents and relevant professionals, and contribute to high standards of expectations and outcomes for all students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with learning difficulties and challenging behavior, and will be able to provide a structured and supportive educational environment. The role will involve acting as a Key Worker for named students, recording and reporting on their progress, and delivering interventions for learning, social, and emotional needs.

The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT, and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a dedicated consultant, training, and a long-term contract with the potential to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and intervention for struggling learners
