About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and organized environment, and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure high standards are met.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including answering phones, taking messages, and providing administrative support to the General Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be confident in using computers. You will also have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude, with previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints.
