**Job Overview**

Wallace Hind Selection Limited is a leading manufacturer of premium cardboard packaging used by various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled Chemical Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the full production/operations process with a team of 18.

As our Chemical Manufacturing Supervisor, you will work closely with the QHSE Manager, Engineering, and Customer Service Manager to ensure we deliver high-quality products and services. Your focus will be on managing capex, labor budgets, and engaging the team while driving manufacturing or process efficiencies.

**What We Offer:**

  • A salary of £60,000 per annum.
  • Annual company bonus of 10%.
