Pearson Carter is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join their team in Birmingham. As a leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, they require an expert to design and implement complex data architectures, ensuring seamless integration with various databases and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  3. Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business operations.
  4. Develop and maintain existing MS Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  1. At least an A Level or HND in Computer Studies or equivalent technical qualification.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  3. Good knowledge of insurance terminology and working practices.
  4. Knowledge of Power Automate (Flow), Jira Service Desk, Zoho Creator, and Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
