Job Title: Nursery Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Chef to join our team at Blom and Blom. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals for our young clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals for children aged 0-5 years
  • Oversee menu planning to ensure a varied and nutritious diet
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Manage kitchen stock control and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of food allergies and intolerances
  • Experience in a childcare setting or similar environment
  • Ability to plan and cook meals for different dietary needs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
