We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team in Luton. As an Assessing & Recruiting Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough and accurate assessments of need and risk
  • Developing and implementing effective plans to support service users and their families
  • Maintaining high-quality case files and updating them within set timescales
  • Participating in regular check-ins and supervisions to ensure Continued Professional Development (CPD)
  • Providing witness statements for Court when required, working closely with internal and external agencies

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of service users and their families. The salary for this role is approximately £41,799 per annum.
