About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' homes are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance and make recommendations for improvement
