About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Yard Operations Technician to join our team at Novus Technical Ltd. As a Yard Operations Technician, you will be responsible for performing equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as well as providing customer handovers of rental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient handovers of rental equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant mechanical skills and knowledge
• Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in the equipment rental sector
• Local to the depot, with a valid driver's license (if applicable)

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum
• A 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
• 25 days of annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
• A 4% employee pension contribution, with a 5% employer contribution
• Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x the hourly rate
