Physiotherapy Department Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Physiotherapy department as a Physiotherapy Department Assistant Manager. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and requires a flexible shift pattern. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting qualified physiotherapy staff to maximise their clinical skills and productivity
* Participating in clinical treatment under the supervision of a Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist
* Managing the physiotherapy appointment system and booking outpatient appointments
* Ensuring accurate recording of patient data and maintaining patient confidentiality

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a healthcare environment, maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence, and proficient use of a PC, including software and systems. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
