We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at 1st Executive Ltd. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head of Commercial Management in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure value and business benefits are explored and realized across various business areas, including Construction, Building Engineering, Building Materials, and Estates Management.
- Develop and maintain mature supplier relationships, innovative contract models, and long-term value through service excellence.
- Design and implement appropriate contractual KPIs to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Deliver exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, up to and including Board Level.
- Strong commercial mindset underpinned by traditional Commercial & Contract Management expertise.
- Experience in the construction sector, with a strong working knowledge of industry-standard forms of contract and commercial models.
- Working knowledge of the NEC4 suite of contracts is an advantage.
- Excellent track record of stakeholder engagement and management, up to and including Board Level.
- QS Background/MRICS would be beneficial.
