We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Mane Contract Services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests, working closely with our GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location, and service delivery arrangements.
  • Prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.
  • Have a proven track record in Facilities Management within an administration/helpdesk role and a strong CAFM system knowledge.
  • Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise own workload efficiently.
  • Understanding of FM business or the willingness to learn.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
