Job Title: Residential Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support our young residents in a safe and nurturing environment. As a Residential Support Professional, you will be part of a dedicated team in a Residential Children's Home based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people.
* Maintain case files and assist in implementing care plans.
* Promote educational activities and accompany young people on outings.
* Handle administrative tasks and report any concerns to senior staff.
* Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all residents.

Requirements:

* A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
* Full driving license is essential due to the location of the home.
