At Gascoigne Halman, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Negotiator to join our team at our Cheadle Branch.

As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange viewings and receive feedback
  • Take initial offers and obtain valuations
  • Regularly contact clients and manage applicant relationships
  • Administer sales brochures and new files
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Nurture existing client relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent IT and administration skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Driving Licence
