About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dental Support Assistant. As a key member of our Community Dental Services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and administrative support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Assist in the decontamination and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners, demonstrating a warm and welcoming approach.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
