Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Planning Associate to join our leading planning team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, including site visits and liaison with local authorities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on planning policy and legislation, and provide advice to clients on its implications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest planning policy developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of PQE in planning law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of planning law and policy.
  • Experience in residential development and energy-related cases.
