We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Data Analyst to join our team at Ford Transmissions Halewood. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a pivotal role in driving plant efficiency and enhancing production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Extract, transform, and analyze complex manufacturing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
  3. Collaborate with our central innovation network and global data analytics teams to drive business outcomes.
  4. Help build a dynamic data science team within the plant and lead data training across departments.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Big Data Analytics tools.
  3. Proficiency in SQL and Python programming, with a solid understanding of current and emerging data technologies.
  4. A proactive, driven individual with excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
