We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Chargehand to join our team in Thetford, Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the workshop and staff, as well as being hands-on in the technical work.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the workshop and staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- Work closely with the workshop manager and operations department to prioritize workload and maintain electronic maintenance records.
- Ensure health and safety compliance of workshop policies and maintain a high MOT and DVSA roadside check pass rate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- At least 3 years' experience working on PSV/HGV vehicles.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £37,440 per annum, 28 days' holiday including Bank Holidays, and employee extras such as free bus travel on our network and funded sick pay after a qualifying period.
