Batch Production Technician

Hydrachem Limited is currently seeking an experienced Senior Mixing Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire mixing process, from raw material selection to finished product delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include operating and maintaining complex mixing equipment, ensuring that all documentation and sampling systems are accurately completed, and conducting regular safety inspections of forklift trucks.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and operate advanced mixing equipment and machinery
- Verify accurate completion of all documentation and sampling systems
- Regularly inspect forklift trucks for safe operation
- Oversee product changeovers and line component clean-down operations
- Pursue regrind operations as needed
- Advanced literacy and numerical abilities
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Necessary counterbalance forklift expertise
- Familiarity with GMP/FMCG best practices beneficial
- Background in a production setting with stringent quality expectations
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures

The target yearly pay bracket for this role ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, contingent upon relevant experience.
