Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students with behavioural needs and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to achieve student outcomes

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and a proven track record of supporting students with behavioural difficulties. They will also be highly organised, able to work effectively in a team and have excellent communication skills.
