Duty OfficerWe are seeking a highly motivated Duty Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations at our leisure center. You will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality performance and leading a team of Lifeguards.
Key Responsibilities- Hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Manage and motivate operational staff effectively.
- Oversee the daily duties and smooth running of the leisure center.
- Contribute to the center's overall performance and budget management.
- Be an active and engaged member of the leisure center team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Utilize problem-solving skills, customer service experience, and staff management techniques.
- Make independent decisions and respond effectively to diverse demands.
