Grafton Banks Finance is currently seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to provide temporary support to the AP function. This 3-month role will involve processing invoices, preparing monthly payments, and liaising with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for payment

  • Prepare and run monthly payments, allocating payments to the correct accounts

  • Support the AP team with ad-hoc payments and queries

  • Provide daily oversight of accounts payable inbox and resolve any queries

  • Process supplier statements and reconciliations, resolving any queries

Requirements:

  • Available to start immediately, with a minimum of 3 months experience in a finance position

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Able to work in an office environment, commuting to the Bexhill/St Leonards-on-Sea area
