We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our stunning new build home in Overpool, Ellesmere Port. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans and ensuring all contact is polite, friendly, and supportive.
  • Act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring their responsibilities are carried out in full.
  • Supervise and support the care team, maintaining the Care Home values of trust, respect, and care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in an elderly social care environment.
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, QCF, or equivalent.
  • Supervisory/leadership skills and a willingness to develop new skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.65.
  • A 39-hour week, including alternative weekends.
  • A 3 1/2 x 12-hour shift pattern, 8am-8pm.
