Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Asset Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HR-related administration and supporting the wider HR team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

As an Asset Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in HR processes, working closely with other teams such as Resourcing, Employee Relations, Reward, and our HR Generalist teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional client service by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners and employees in the wider BDO business
  • Ensuring quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the HR Shared Service offering
  • Working closely with other HR teams to deliver HR-related administration and support the employee lifecycle
  • Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a positive impact on our business.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience within an HR operational delivery role, ideally within a Shared Service structure
  • Proficient IT skills using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Previous experience of working with HR Systems
  • Values diversity of colleagues and demonstrates capability to work along and as part of a team
