Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House, you will be responsible for supervising and leading your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. You will work together with your team to drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Work with the team to drive revenue growth through upselling and promoting hotel services
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary training to provide excellent service to guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4-star, 165-bedroom property located in Sutton Scotney, just outside Winchester. Our hotel features a Scene restaurant, bar & lounge, a terrace, and offers afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings & event spaces, as well as a separate Manor House.
