Job Description

Job Title: Senior Family Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload within the family team, providing expert advice and representation to clients in a range of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of family law cases, including private law children matters, divorce, financial settlements, separation, domestic violence, pre and post nuptial agreements, and cohabitee disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide expert advice to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other lawyers, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's business interests.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure that your knowledge and skills are current and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Have a good academic record and training with a leading national or regional firm is an advantage.
  • Have a firm and functional knowledge within family law.
