Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our transport team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading refrigerated vehicles, interacting with customers, and maintaining regular communication with our transport team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading refrigerated vehicles
  • Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Maintaining regular contact with the transport team for updates and managing customer expectations
  • Attending regular training sessions
Requirements
  • UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence
  • Current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
  • Experience with refrigerated trailers (full training provided)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident, polite, and team-oriented
  • Good geographical knowledge
