We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across Blackpool and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is organized, punctual, and has excellent customer service skills. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and will need to be able to walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. We also offer excellent family-friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, and adoption leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong sense of community and pride in your work.
