£85,000 - £105,000 per annum, including benefits and bonus opportunities.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Lead to join our team and drive commercial efficiency in large-scale BPO contracts. The successful candidate will have expertise in Supplier Relationship Management and the ability to develop best-in-class SRM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage large-scale BPO contracts and drive commercial efficiency.
  • To develop clear supplier strategies using expert Supplier Relationship Management capability.
  • To ensure Procurement policy, business unit objectives, and contractual KPI's and SLA's are met and evidenced in regular routines.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of SRM or Vendor Management, with knowledge of EBA and PRA regulations.
  • Ability to drive performance in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
  • Experience of 3rd Party Risk (TP) in accordance with Group Outsourcing Risk Policy.
