About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Supporting clients with their daily routines and activities
Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients
- Aged 18 or older
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
