As a clinical pharmacist for this role, you will be responsible for leading and providing a high-quality, safe, and patient-focused clinical pharmacist service to the AHAH service.

Key responsibilities include providing specialist pharmacist advice on medicines, optimising clinical outcomes, and improving medicines safety.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £53,755 to £60,504 per annum pro rata, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
