Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting our brand values.
  • Sales: Achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
  • Shop Image: Keep the shop properly ordered and up-to-date with the necessary products to offer to customers.
  • Cultural Fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English and other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communication skills.
