Housing Fire Risk Manager

MMP Consultancy requires an experienced Housing Fire Risk Manager to oversee fire risk assessments and compliance across its housing stock in East London.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and experience in managing fire safety risks.
The role involves managing fire risk assessment programmes, ensuring compliance with statutory and non-statutory fire safety legislation, and supporting the implementation of fire safety standards and initiatives.
A key aspect of the role is to provide operational fire safety management functions, ensuring continuous improvement in resident safety, and to act as a subject matter expert on fire safety matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Council's management team to ensure effective fire risk management and to develop and maintain the Housing Fire Risk Management Policy.
A salary of £14,400 per month (£345 per day) is offered for this hybrid working role.
