Information Security Compliance Specialist

Clyde & Co is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Compliance Associate to join our team in Glasgow, UK. As a key member of our Information Security and Risk team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information used by the business and on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze client engagement contracts, SLAs, and due diligence questionnaires to ensure compliance with information security standards.
- Maintain a repository of standard information security responses and design effectiveness evidence for external audits and client assessments.
- Assist in maintaining and upholding the firm's certifications and Information Security Management System, ensuring timely remediation for any identified non-conformance.
- Assess and recommend information security, governance, risk management, and compliance services and working practices that reflect emerging client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Information Security, IT, and other departments to identify and measure security risks and recommend appropriate controls.
- Stay up-to-date with technical, industry, regulatory, and company changes and trends related to cybersecurity, the legal industry, information management, and IT efficiencies.
- Proven experience in an Information Security and IT Risk Management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Operational knowledge of international information security standards, risk management, and control frameworks/practices.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical points.
