Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Wiltshire-based SEN provision. The successful candidate will work with a skilled and caring team to provide support to individual students, small groups, or work in whole-class settings.

About the Role
  • Provide support to students with a range of SEN needs and conditions of varying severities.
  • Work in a welcoming and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equality.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Support students in achieving their full potential and promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the field (preferred but not essential).
  • Previous experience working with children and young people.
  • A good sense of humour and ability to build relationships with students and staff.
  • Demonstrated patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in behaviour management strategies.
  • Agility in adapting to educational dynamics.
  • Dedication to cultivating a sense of belonging.
