About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer II (L5) to join our Ring Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using C/C++ on Linux and RTOS platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and address customer issues.
  • Implement power management features and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure correct exercising of hardware and software architecture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and RTOS.
  • Experience with embedded development and professional software engineering practices.
