Job Title: Care Home Night Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's night team in a nursing home setting. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents requiring nursing and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with diverse healthcare needs
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
  5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  6. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for patients and their families
  7. Stay up-to-date with nursing best practices and participate in continuous professional development
Requirements:
  1. RGN qualification
  2. Valid UK NMC Pin
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  5. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
